PARTICIPANT REGULATIONS
 
1) All drivers must be at least 16 years old. Drivers under the age of 18 years old must have parents or guardian sign waiver and release form for minors.
 
2) All persons must sign a waiver and release form and purchase a pit pass before entering the pits.
 
3) No one will be allowed in any derby if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
 
BODY REGULATIONS
 
1) FULL SIZE TRUCKS: 1/2 and 3/4 Ton trucks, Suburbans, Blazers and Broncos will be accepted, either two or four wheel drive models.
 
COMPACT TRUCKS: Any 2 or 4 wheel drive mini trucks, Jimmy's or Bronco II allowed. No V8 allowed - just 4 and 6 cylinders.
 
2) Four wheel drive models will only be allowed to run one drive shaft.
 
3) No body lifts or suspension lifts allowed.
 
4) All trucks must have drivers door painted white and number must appear on both sides. No profanity will be allowed to be displayed on the truck.
 
5) All glass and chrome must be removed.
 
6) All trucks must have seat belts.
 
7) All loose objects must be removed from the cab and bed.
 
8) Battery must be relocated to the front floorboard and securly fastened and covered. Any size battery may be used.
 
9) All trucks must have radiator in stock position.
 
10) Doors may be welded, chained, wired or banded.
 
11) Beds can be mounted in factory mounts. No additional bolts or welds, rubber mounts may be removed. Factory beds only.
 
12) The back of the cab may be welded to the bed, tailgates may be welded. No other reinforcing will be allowed.
 
13) One piece of pipe may be put behind the seat, One piece may be used in the dash.
 
14) Stock gas tank must be removed and replaced with an internal tank. Tank must be mounted in the cab or in the center of bed directly behind the cab, securely fastened and well covered.
 
15) Bumpers must be stock. No homemade bumpers.
 
16) Hoods must have a 12X12 inch hole in center.
 
17) All hoods must be opened for inspection. Hoods may be fastened with wire, chains or band in four places, no bolts or no welds.
 
18) All frames must be stock. No reinforcing the frame. You may weld a plate on frame, on one side, if the frame is broken or rusted. No over kill.
 
19) Trailer hitches must be removed.
 
20) A-arms may be welded.
 
21) No adding extra leaf springs. Springs must be factory. You may add spring stiffeners to coil springs. Do not weld leaf springs.
 

ENGINES AND TRANSMISSION
 
1) Any engine may be used in any truck.
 
2) Chain or weld down engine is recommended.
 
3) Transmission coolers are permitted.
 
4) All trucks must have working brakes.
 
TIRES
 
1) No split rims.
 
2) All tires must be D.O.T approved.
 
3) No liquid in tires permitted, No studs or screws in rims to hold tires will be permitted.
 
4) Valve stem protectors are allowed.
 
RACING REGULATIONS
 
1) All decisions of officials and flagmen are final.
 
2) All drivers must wear a helmet and seat belts.
 
3) 60 seconds will be enforced for making contact or to restart your truck.
 
4) Intentional hit to driver's door will result in immediate disqualification.
 
5) Drivers must attend the drivers meeting. If you are a minor, you must bring your parent or guardian to the meeting.
