8) All glass, seats, and upholstry must be removed.
9) Battery must be removed and put inside and well covered. Any size battery is allowed
10) No welding the bumper to the body.
11) Doors may be welded, chained, wired, or banded.
12) No reinforcing the frame.
13) Any size D.O.T. tires can be used. Cannot use any material for loading tires. No studs or screws
to hold the tire to the rim.
14) Must have seat belts and wear a helmet.
15) Dog house cover must remain over the engine inside the van.
16) Trailer hitches must be removed.
17) Hood may be chained, wired, or banded in 4 places. No bolts or welding the hood.
18) Cut a hole in the center of the hood or remove the hood.
